1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GreenGrass platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GreenGrass reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
GreenGrass provides an AI-powered digital growth platform for lawn care, landscape, and green-industry businesses. The Service includes website scanning, scoring, competitor analysis, AI-generated recommendations, and optional website publishing tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access most GreenGrass features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. GreenGrass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
GreenGrass offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Website Changes and Authorization
GreenGrass will not publish changes to your website without your explicit approval. You must connect a supported website platform and approve each recommended change before it is published. GreenGrass is not responsible for changes you approve and publish. You retain full ownership and control of your website at all times.
6. Google Services
GreenGrass is designed to access Google Search Console and Google Business Profile data only when you authorize access through Google's OAuth flow. GreenGrass does not guarantee access to Google services, as eligibility and permissions are determined by Google. GreenGrass is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. No Guarantees
GreenGrass does not guarantee improvements in Google search rankings, website traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome. Search rankings depend on many factors outside GreenGrass's control. GreenGrass provides tools and recommendations intended to help strengthen your online visibility, but results are not guaranteed.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use GreenGrass to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service. GreenGrass does not generate fake reviews and prohibits use of the platform for any deceptive or fraudulent purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
GreenGrass and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GreenGrass and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and website content. By using the Service, you grant GreenGrass a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenGrass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. GreenGrass's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. GreenGrass may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by GreenGrass.
